My daughter was pretty much pissed this morning because she was late again for school. She finds it difficult to wake up in the morning. I'd wake her up lots of time before she's able to get up and get ready for school. She usually sleeps late that's why.
Then there's me and the dogs again. Two of my older dogs got inside the compound where Dusmugue is housed. Because they all want to play the role of alpha dogs they don't get along. The barking intensified until one decided to bite the other. I have been spraying them with water. They would just back out for a while but will come back again. I lured Tifa with the leash. She loves to go out so the leash did the trick. I tied her up and got back to two very mad dogs.
That's when I saw that the gate was destroyed. One push of this bull and she'll be able to go out and to say chaos would be an understatement. One of them would be seriously injured or even die.I was holding the gate while thinking on what to do next. I know they don't get easily tired and I didn't know if I could hold it up if she pushed the gate. I commanded Dusmugue to sit down. Thankfully she obeyed. That calmed down Lacus and Hailey so I took the chance to fix the gate and tighten the rope. After that I got more water to make Lacus away from the cage and when she did I grabbed her collar and snap on the leash. She was resisting wanting to again go near the cage to start a fight but I had to be tough and tugged on her leash a bit stronger to snap her out of her behavior. I then lead her inside the house. Once the two adult stopped Hailey would also stop so it wasn't hard for me to make her get inside the house.
I checked on how Lacus got inside the compound ans found that she jumped over the temporary gate I erected. I fixed it again for the..i lost count already.
Two more weeks and Dusmugue will be staying with my brother already. I love her but I have to let her go where she'll be well attended to and taken care of. She deserves that. She's an adorable dog.
Now that the chaos is over back to the house where I found Big Boy trying to mate Tifa. I had to stop them because this place is not a good place to raise a puppy and besides a Doberman and a Golden? I don't think so..I was able to stop them for a while. I went back to my chore and then noticed the silence. Oh they went upstairs where I can't see them and continued their loving loving there. I ran upstairs to stop them again. By this time I am getting tired and frustrated.
Oh I forgot I also have a very very sick dog I'm taking care of. She has a mange but I'm hoping this one has a chance unlike her sister who died 3 weeks ago. I'm really crossing my fingers on this one. I wonder why she seems to be losing weight even though her appetite is okay.
she's gotten worst with her face now swollen and losing a lot of hair but as long as she's eating she has a chance to survive at least i hope so
Anyway I have been trying to call my friend to ask if I could leave Tifa with her for at least a week. The noise that big boy is creating out of frustration is enough to drive me crazy!
Ah silence finally. By this time of the day they are all sleeping.
..but where'd my appetite go???

wow! you have plenty of dogs there! the last time we had a dog,a Beagle, was 4 years ago, then we have to take him to the Humane Society since we have to move overseas and we can't take him with us. Now, I settle for a cat, easy to manage. I think I'll get a dog again when my boys are old enough to take care of them.
