I've finally had it with Smart! I think I've endured their lousy service long enough so I switched back to Globe. Well, I don't like changing number so I guess I've been stalling. Here are some of the things that drove me crazy with Smart Telecom.
AllTxt is what I often buy to load my cellphone. These past days though I cannot reload because I was told I still have some unused 5 minute call that I have to consume before I can reload. Ok, lemme make a call. Hmm, all busy. I dialed at least 5 different numbers from my phone book, still busy tone. So, I told the miss in the store about it. They had a little conference and when they got back to me, they informed me that I should have at least 1 peso balance in my phone to be able to make the call. Apparently, I don't have that 1 peso in my account. So I asked, now what? They said I should get a 1 peso pasaload. By this time I'm beginning to boil inside because things are getting complicated now. I just need a load, period. So I asked again how do I get a load without going through the pasaload thing then making a call I don't need just to consume the damn load. I didn't even know that AllTxt comes with a free call. Finally they told me to buy the regular load and that solved the problem! Seriously, it makes me angry again now that I'm writing about it. I mean what's the deal with that? If the consumer didn't prefer to use the free call, since it's free then why would they insist to have it used and stop the consumer from reloading. I think it sucks.
Then again here comes the "sending message failed" line that I get from Smart. Last night, not one message I sent got through. So that did it. I got my Globe Sim and inserted it to my phone. Goodbye Smart! I hope our paths will never cross again..lol
(Sigh) Now I have to notify people that I changed number.
Speaking of cellphones, I favor Sony Ericsson than Nokia because of the battery life. Nokia's battery seem to expire sooner than expected. But with Sony Ericsson's battery it lasts years.I'm just saying and that is through experience.
